About Sally Ride Fellowship
Our Mission
At the Sally Ride Fellowship, our mission is to make the aerospace industry a more equitable and inclusive place for LGBTQ+ people.
Our Founding
Founded in 2024 by former Students for the Exploration and Development of Space board members, the Sally Ride Fellowship was created to bridge the gap in diversity for LGBTQ+ people in the aerospace industry. We also seek to create a broader culture of community and acceptance across all disciplines.

Students for the Exploration and Development of Space
SEDS is an international student organization whose purpose is to promote space exploration and development through educational and engineering projects. SEDS is fostering the development of future leaders and contributors in the expanding space industry.
